Day of Coordination Package starting at $2,000

               

Package includes

  • 10 hours of consultation, review of your design choices for decorating and setting up the wedding and reception.  Contact with vendors.

  • Create a timeline for the event and coordinate it with your vendors. 

  • 3-hour meeting at the ceremony and/or reception site the week of your wedding to go over details and design.

  • Props available; runners, antlers, vintage lace, globe lights, wine barrels, votives, chalkboards, picture frames mason jar lanterns…

  • 10 hours on-site the day of your wedding

  • One assistant for 8 hours to help set up lights, props, rentals, tables, and decorations.

  • 2 hour clean up and prop pick up (usually the next day).

 

What are the benefits?

Having a coordinator allows you to relax and enjoy your wedding planning.  I will check in with you monthly to make sure that you are on track and covering all the details.  The best part is when your day arrives you know I will set up your ceremony and reception tent to your vision and meet your vendors.  You will have the morning of your wedding to be the bride, and most of all to have less stress.   I will discuss your ideas and vision with you and carry them through while added the final touches to create a spectacular wedding.  We will walk to the site together the week of your wedding to make sure all the details are covered.  Your timeline will be shared, along with any special logistics with your vendors to assure a smooth flow to your celebration.
